Athletes Will Participate In and  Develop :

↔️ Agility and change of direction

🏋🏾 Age-appropriate bodyweight strength exercises
💥 Plyometrics and jumping exercises
🧘🏾 Dynamic and static flexibility
🎯 Reaction drills, obstacle courses, relays, and competitive games
⚡ Acceleration and sprint mechanics
🏃 Proper running form and technique

PAPER CITY FLYERS YOUTH TRACK & FIELD

🏅 Paper City Flyers Indoor Track & Field Program

This option is for athletes who want to train specifically for track and field and participate in indoor meets.

Begins: 

Monday, January 4, 2027- March

  • Monday training: Approximately 6:00–7:30 p.m. on the upstairs track at Roots Athletic Center

  • Wednesday access: Track athletes may also attend the PC Speed Movement & Agility session from 6:30–7:30 p.m.

  • Ages: Elementary through High School

  • 💵 Total Program Fee:   $225 per athlete

  • Deposit: A $75 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve an athlete’s place

  • Indoor meets: Registration INCLUDES ENTRY FEE  FOR TWO required indoor meets

  • Paper City Flyers shirt included

  • Enrollment goal: Approximately 20 athletes

Our goal is to teach athletes how to move correctly while providing a structured, positive, and enjoyable training environment. Exercises will be adjusted according to each athlete’s age, experience, and ability.
