Practice Location & Schedule

The first week of practice will be held at Lt. Clayre P. Sullivan School

First Practice December 2nd

400 Jarvis Ave., Holyoke, MA 01040.

• Practice Days: Tuesday and Thursday

• Time 6-7:30

• Please plan for timely arrival on both days.

Team T-Shirts & Competition Singlets

• Team T-shirts will be distributed at our first practice at Sullivan School.
  Athletes should wear their team T-shirt whenever we are at Roots Athletic Center.

• Competition singlets will be provided later to athletes who compete in track meets (details will be discussed at the meeting).

• We are not distributing shorts at this time.

Footwear & Plyometric Training

(Please wait to buy shoes until after the meeting!)

We’ll be doing plyometric drills, so solid, supportive footwear is essential.

💰 8. Facility Fee & Waiver

• The facility fee must be paid before the first practice.

• Athletes may not practice if the fee has not been paid.

• The fee is per family, not per individual athlete.

• The Roots Athletics Waiver must be completed before the first practice at Roots.
